The Brioche Bounce Tank

The Brioche Bounce Tank is a sleeveless, high-neck design that makes an excellent first step into brioche knitting. Similar to fisherman’s rib, brioche creates a beautifully springy texture with plenty of bounce.

Knit from a beautiful superwash merino, it’s worked from the bottom up in two pieces with the neck added after seaming. If you prefer a longer style, add length to the main body before arm hole shaping.

Gauge:

15 sts over 19 brioche knit rows = 4 x 4in / 10 x 10cm on US8 / 5mm needles after blocking.

US7 / 4.5mm 16” circular needles (can also be used as straight needles for rib)
US8 / 5mm needles
Tapestry needle for seaming and weaving in ends
2x Stitch markers
